  • Private employee/businessman/self-employed & Retired govt employee: local clearances: police & court cedula 2 valid ID 6 pcs 2x2 ID picture certificate of employment
  • Elected govt official: cedula 6 pcs 2x2 ID picture DILG I.D. + 1 valid ID oath of office
  • Govt employee (current & active): cedula 2 valid IDs 6 pcs 2x2 ID picture appointment order
  • PNP/BFP/BJMP: cedula 2 valid IDs 6 pcs 2x2 ID picture absorption order or appointment order
  • AFP/ARMY/NAVY/AIR FORCE: cedula 2 valid IDs 6 pcs 2x2 ID picture re-enlistment order
